The house shares a forced air gas high efficiency furnace and 2 hot water heaters. Electric is separately metered and is set up with Evergy. The gas and water bill for the house are split and billed to each apartment every month. 

The house has a large shared front porch with a swing and a shared foyer.  This apartment is on the 2nd floor. 

You are in the kitchen when you enter the apartment.  The kitchen is corridor style and has light oak cabinets, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a pass through window to the dining room.  Off the kitchen is a hall at the end of the hall is a closet with a washer/dryer stack unit. To the right off the hall is the first bedroom. It has a double closet with sliding mirror doors and a ceiling fan. (The couples who have lived in this apartment have used this bedroom as a living area.)  

The dining room is left off the hall and has a ceiling fan. From the dining room, there is a pass through window to the kitchen and an opening into the living room. The bathroom is off the dining room it has an antique tub combined with a shower and a built in vanity. The living room off the dining room has lots of windows and a window air conditioner.

The 2nd bedroom is off the living room.  It also has lots of windows, window air conditioner and a double closet with sliding mirror doors.

Spayed/neutered cats and dogs 50 pounds or under are welcome with a pet deposit and pet rent. Pets must be 2 years or older, and dogs must be crated when the tenants are not home.  A maximum of 2 pets.
