1339 Vermont Street – Unit 1
1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom
Vintage house built in the 1930’s that is divided into 2 apartments.
On quiet, brick paved, Vermont Street between 13th and 14th Streets. Walking distance to downtown Mass. St. and campus.
This is a one bedroom 1 bath apartment.
You enter the front of the house and you are in a common foyer. From there, you enter the living room. It is a very long room with a dining area on one end. It has wood floors, ceiling fan, window air conditioner, and a bay window.
At the opposite end of the living room from the kitchen, you turn right into the kitchen. It has a vinyl floor, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a washer/dryer stack unit. Off the kitchen is the bathroom with a built-in vanity, and an antique claw foot tub rigged with a shower.
If instead of turning into the kitchen you went straight, you could enter the bedroom. It has wood floors, 5 windows, and a ceiling fan.
Off the bedroom is a hall that has a large double closet with sliding mirror doors. There’s a door to the partially fenced back yard that we mow and it has a private deck (the upstairs apartment gets the front porch).
At the end of the yard is off street parking. This apartment gets one space.
References and security deposits are required.
Please Note: The pictures shown were taken over several years time, so different furniture may be shown in the same room.
